Demolition of small and large projects

We can arrange the demolition of small but also more complex or large projects. From the demolition within a building, a renovation to a total demolition. We demolish residential homes, stables, farms, companies or apartment buildings. Demolition may be necessary because the foundation is damaged or the building no longer meets the requirements. We can take care of the entire process. In addition to demolishing the building, we also arrange the preparation and aftercare.

Working professionally

Before we demolish the building, we come by for an inspection of the building. During the inspection, we take into account the structure of the building and its surroundings. We take a look if possible hazardous substances such as asbestos may be present. When this is found, we can remove it safely.  We go to work safely and professionally with our machines. We work with experienced craftsmen. The demolition will be executed with attention to the environment. Our demolition sorting grab works precisely and can sort the waste. We are in the possession of the necessary certificates to demolish in accordance with the safety regulations, standards and rules.

Safe and environment friendly demolishment

We feel responsible for circular demolition. Our goal is to reuse as many materials as possible that are released during demolition. The demolition materials are thus given new value by first sorting them and then recycling them if possible. With using the suitable materials during the demolition, we try to limit the nuisance of noise and dust as much as possible.

Groundwork next to demolition

After we executed the demolition, the soil is reusable. With our groundwork, we can prepare the soil for new construction or improve the ground. If the soil consists of a layer of clay or peat, it can be replaced by a layer of sand. The ground can also be improved with broken rubble.  ### Demolition within a building For the demolishment within a building, we can remove floors, walls and the ceiling.  ### Partial demolition of a building For the extension, new construction of a building or solely leaving the concrete construction.

Sustainability

Together with our clients we are responsible for the environment. This is the reason why circular demolition is an important value within our company. The goal is to reuse as many materials as possible so that less material is landfilled or incinerated. We separate the types of waste accordingly.

Wood (classified as B):

This wood will be taken to a recycling company. The nails and screws will be removed from the wood. The wood thereafter goes to the fiberboard industry, which processes it into chipboards or pallets.

Construction and demolition waste:

Construction and demolition waste is difficult to separate during demolition. This type of waste will be separated in the secondary waste stream at a sorting company into various waste streams that can be reused.

Ferrous metals (Iron):

Iron goes through the hardware store to the blast furnaces. The iron will be processed into new steel productions for example profiles or plates of steel.

Non ferrous materials:

Copper and aluminum are separated in the demolition process and will be transported to the hardware store. The copper will be preprocessed into copper products such as copper for E and W installations. The aluminum is processed into new aluminum products such as profiles and plates.

Roofing:

Roofing will be reused for the production of new roofing materials.

Mixed rubble:

Mixed debris will be broken into debris granulate 0-31.5. This granulate is reused on location as road foundations and soil improvement.

Betonpuin

Concrete rubble will be recycled to reuse it in the foundations of roads and in the concrete industry.

Gypsum:

Gypsum will be reused and processed into gypsum as a raw material through a recycling company. Products that contain gypsum can for example be GIBO blocks.

Plastic:

Plastic will be reused into new plastic products.
